Sunset Villa with swimming pool at Tzia

L’emplacement est incroyable. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, et le coucher de soleil est magnifique, sans compter que nous sommes abrités du vent, la maison est spacieuse très belle dans le style typique de l’île. Les autres qui sont présents au-dessus du logement, sont à la fois discrets et prévenant. Nous étions là avec un petit bébé qui s’est senti très à l’aise. Nous aimerions revenir dès que l’occasion se présentera. Merci infiniment.

Absolument tout était parfait, le cadre et la vue exceptionnelle, le confort et la beauté de l'appartement mais surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse de kiki, toujours disponible et souriante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine, c'était un merveilleux séjour.

The bathroom, the beds. The single bed was really for children not for adults.

Very nice outdoor space .Clean and good size swimming pool. Spacious property .Nice landlady.

It’s not clarified that the landlords live just on the first floor of the property with direct view on the yard so there is no feeling of privacy. Even though there is an espresso machine and a washing machine there is no offer of coffee pods or washing tablets . For a stay of 6 nights ( family of 4) there was no plan for additional towels , bed sheets, bin bags etc. and we had to ask for it . The water is not drinkable and the nearest shop is about 15 min away by car. Koundouros is beautiful but you have to drive about 30 min to reach Korissia and 25 min for Ioulida .The property needs some maintenance ( especially to get rid of the smell of the bathroom which was diffused everywhere) . Last to mention that we saw cockroaches ( the landlady explained that a pest control was done but it can happen between there was some time between it and our stay).
