Appartement Hyper-centre Colmar

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, muito confortável e muito bem equipado, com destaque para a cozinha. A máquina de lavar roupa também foi um grande diferencial, já que pudemos levar malas bem pequenas e lavar as roupas para a segunda metade da viagem. O proprietário, além de muito solicito, enviou um tutorial sobre o apartamento e sobre a cidade (supermercado, estacionamento, etc), o que também facilitou muito a estadia.

Não tenho ressalvas negativas a fazer.

The location of the apartment is fabulous! Right in the beauty of Old Town Colmar. Monoprix is a nice grocery store about 50 meters from the apartment. We really liked the fan, Netflix in English, and the washer, which we used multiple times. We used the fan to help dry our clothes and keep us cool while sleeping. We stayed in the bedroom closest to the street and it was great! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was stuffy, so we used that room for our suitcases. The shower was good, but water leaked all over the floor outside of the shower. The rubber shower door sweep at the bottom of the glass door doesn't seal properly, causing a large puddle on the floor with every shower. I like the fact that there was free parking within a safe, 12-minute walk from the apartment. The best free lot is off of Rue Henry Wilhelm. We parked there for 3 nights with no trouble at all. The instruction booklet has the address as 16 Rue Henry Wilheim, but the actual parking lot is directly across the street right next to a children's park. The picture is correct, but it was taken in winter, so the lot looks very different.

We were not happy with the dirty pans that the prior renters were supposed to leave clean but didn't. We had to scrub multiple pots and pans for our use, along with some of the dishes. The cleaning people we pay extra for should check these items to make sure they are clean before we get there. Otherwise, we are doing their job! The frying pans need to be updated, as the teflon is peeling off. There is no shelving in the shower on which to set our shampoo bottles, etc. Some of the instructions in the welcome instruction booklet are outdated. The free parking locations in particular. We could only find one free lot and that was after we asked a very nice woman if where we parked was a free lot. Thankfully, it was!
