Dimitris, the owner, was very friendly, moreover he provided us with additional equipment for the kitchen after we asked about this. The location is perfect: the sea is on the over side of the road, the beaches are in ten minutes of walking, supermarket and restaurants are located nearby in Agios Nikitas. The house was comfortable for the family (2 adults and 2 children).
The internet signal in one of the bedrooms was not stable.

Μεγάλο, άνετο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στην παραλία του Αγίου Νικήτα. Εξαιρετική βεράντα με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης (μας παρείχε λαπτοπ που χρειαζόμουν για την εργασία μου, κέρασμα, καθώς και πολύ καλές προτάσεις για φαγητό, ποτό, μπάνιο και εκδρομές). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
Δυστυχώς οι τηλεοράσεις δεν έπαιζαν (και δε βόλεψε να έρθει ο τεχνικός κατά τη διαμονή μας), ενώ υπήρχε ένα πρόβλημα με τα φώτα στο ένα από τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια. Επίσης, το κατάλυμα δεν παρείχε αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν, ούτε καφέ, ζάχαρη κλπ, επομένως θα πρέπει να πάτε εφοδιασμένοι. Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται εκτεταμένη ανακαίνιση, καθώς και αντιολισθητικό χαλάκι στην μπανιέρα.
