Aforable old house just few steps from the Marina

Adorable tiny house with a fenced yard :) Very nice place to slow down a bit. Pet friendly! Great Internet connection and Netflix available.

Beware that stairs upstairs are more like a ladder! Few extra costs like pretty expensive cleaning service (we had a dog so that’s understandable but make sure you have some cash with you to leave it on the end as you will be also charged for used electricity, heating and water. You can pay for a renting bedsheets or bring your own. Be prepared to sleep on very stained and not pleasant looking mattresses what is the biggest problem with this place.

The low ceiling. If you are taller than about 185cm you will hit your head on the low ceilings often. But that’s also part of its charm.

Very cosy home in the centre of the village

Lovely location - cosy street and town, quiet while very near to shops etc.

It is common for Danish accomodation such as this to offer a reasonable rate but then ask you to bring your own linen and pay a ridiculous amount (the same rate as one night) for cleaning. This makes things very poor value for money. I travel extensively and have not seen such a sytem in any other country. The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation - steam from the shower etc had nowhere to go but directly into the living room.

Jeg synes næsten ikke, jeg kan rose det hus nok. Fremragende alt - der var tænkt på alt, og vi følte os velkomne og hjem

Vi kom med færgen fra Rudkøbing uden bil, så beliggenheden lige ved havnen, hvor busserne, der kører øen rundt gratis, holder, var perfekt. Huset i sig selv er skønt med lækkert køkken, dejlig gårdhave med charmerende møblering og anneks - vi bemærkede også, at huset var smagfuldt indrettet med god kunst på væggene.

Den stejle trappe til 1. sal; men der var gelænder, og vi vænnede os til det. (Vasken på badeværelset var stoppet, men der var masser af bagepulver!)

Es war sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Es gab eine schöne Sitzecke draußen.

Alt var over forventning - også charmen ved et skipperhus i gamle Marstal

Perfekt udstyret og indrettet hus med mange opholdsområder. Udendørsarealet udgjorde et tilsvarende område med overdækket todelt terrasse med udgang til lukket have og anneks. Så hyggeligt. Tak til Kim 😊 Indkøbsmuligheder og søfartsmuseum lige om hjørnet.

Vi hyggede os i gården, spiste morgenmad i det dejlige køkken, men var meget ude af huset på tur.

Hyggeligt sted og lå godt. Dejlig gård og have.

Det var lidt svært, med trappen oven på, men gode værelser og senge.
