Schönes Haus mit Tücken

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet, Sauna,Kamin, bequeme Möbel, alles da. Lage ist super. Nur Besteck ist zu wenig vorhanden.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal im Nachbarhaus. In dem Block scheint es ein weiterhin nicht behobenes Abflussproblem zu geben. Im vorderen Bereich des Hauses stink es dermaßen nach Gulli, dass Schlafzimmer und Bad dort nicht nutzbar sind. Das war auch im Nachbarhaus vor ein paar Jahren schon so. Der Vermieter erhebt eine nicht unerhebliche kurzzeitgebühr, wenn man zB nur drei Nächte bleibt. Dies ist in den buchungsbedingungen erwähnt. Booking wirft dann einen Endpreis aus. Direkt nach der Buchung erhält man vom Vermieter eine Mail, dass diese Kurzzeitgebühr im Endpreis bei Booking nicht enthalten sei. Dies sei nur bei Buchung über die Firmenseite ersichtlich. Die Gebühr wird zum Preis von Booking addiert und die Summe sofort abgebucht. Das ist zumindest unredlich und wirft ein ganz schlechtes Licht auf den Vermieter.
