Gostamos de tudo mas o ponto alto eh a vista incrível da varanda. Apartamento super equipado, todos os utensílios de cozinha , chuveiro maravilhoso e ótima localização.

O apartamento apresenta uma vista maravilhosa do mar, bem como tem seu espaço na varando com tamanho ideal e uma rede da preguiça. Os cômodos com tamanho igual a maioria dos hotéis, cozinha e partes do apartamento bem equipados. A internet funciona muito bem, até porque trabalho online e não tive problemas de velocidade. A localização ideal, próximo de ótimos restaurantes, próximo a uma praia.

Na minha reserva pelo Booking, uma parte das clausulas estava escrito em inglês, e não prestei atenção na escrita, onde informava que tens que fazer um calção de 400,00 reais pré-entrada no apartamento diretamente no pix da proprietária. Isso me deixou apreensivo pois nunca, em nenhuma estadia havia acontecido isso, porém após conversa com a proprietária, foi tudo acertado.

Location is great, near the beach. 5 min in car to Barra. Space is fair when compared with the price. There are security personnel at the entrance.

Some electric plugs don't work correctly. Beds are not comfortable and bedsheets were old. Overall, the apt is clean. Hot water doesn't come from a regular heater but from a resistance connected to the shower. The plastic already looks melted. The building is under maintenance. Probably, in the future the apt will be renovated. Currently, it looks like it needs to be fixed. Communication with the owner is through WhatsApp instead of Booking. When speaking with managers do not expect to have a conversation in English or Portuguese as they are not able to. Instructions to check in and out were provided through WhatsApp instead of booking. It seems to be the rule in Brazil. As it rained, the smell of the apt was terrible, maybe due to the works in the zone. There is a building under construction nearby, expect to hear a lot of noise since 6:30am even on weekends.
