Ось варіант відгуку для Booking: Бронюємо це помешкання вже вдруге і знову залишилися дуже задоволені. Зручне розташування — все необхідне знаходиться в пішій доступності. Номер чистий, комфортний та добре обладнаний, є все необхідне для проживання. Приємна атмосфера та комфортний відпочинок. Обов’язково повернемося ще раз!

Appartement spacieux et très bien agencé, offrant un séjour confortable. Idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville, il permet de se déplacer facilement tout en profitant d’un environnement calme. La décoration moderne est soignée et agréable, et la vue sur le parc apporte une vraie sensation de détente. L’université à proximité est idéale lorsque l’on accompagne son enfant en Erasmus. Très bon séjour, je recommande.
Un point d’amélioration toutefois : il serait préférable de communiquer le code du boîtier à clés bien avant l’arrivée par sms. Devoir attendre devant la porte pour les récupérer génère un stress inutile qui pourrait facilement être évité avec une information anticipée.

Gute Lage, geräumig.
Jede Menge Silberfische im Bad, Stühle am Esstisch wackelig, kein Toaster da - nur der leere Karton, Lüfter in der Dusche funktioniert nicht, kaputte Fliesen im Bad, LED-Beleuchtung in Küche ließ sich nicht ausschalten, Betten extrem durchgelegen, nervige Nachbarn, die ständig gegen die Wand klopfen, Parkplätze reichen nicht, weil sie von Parkbesuchern und Firmenautos belegt werden
