Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, einen besonderen Dank an Anastazija die sich Zeit für uns genommen hat und uns alles super erklärt hat. We had an amazing time in this house with our 2 children (4 and 7)! This beautiful house is located in a very nice and peaceful area in the countryside, not far from Ljubljana, the spectacular Postojna cave, and the sea. The large windows let in a lot of light and make you feel like you're in the middle of nature. The hosts are very welcoming, ready to help and made us feel right at home. Everything in the house is ideal and in pristine condition. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you need, including beautiful decorations. We had very nice dinners on the terrace. We definitely recommend staying in this house!

Absolutely Nothing

The location and also the house itself are fantastic. It is an exceptional house and you can tell that the owner and architect have put a lot of thought into it. Everything is friendly and new in an open design, the view is great. There are two bathrooms on two floors, and actually everything you can imagine is there. The outdoor terrace and the separate dining area are also great. We immediately felt very comfortable and were incredibly happy to have found such a beautiful house for our holiday. The location is central between Ljubljana and the coast, by car you can reach the motorway after 15 minutes, and from there it is 30 minutes drive to Ljubljana or 45 minutes to Koper. However, you need a car in any case, as there are no shopping facilities nearby. Communication with the landlord was via booking.com and was exemplary, questions were usually answered immediately or within a day. The reception on site was personal and there were also good tips about the house and the surrounding area. We felt as if we were invited to the home of good friends!

It should be taken into account that the house has no separate bedrooms due to the open design, which means that all guests sleep together on the upper, open level. In this respect, there is no privacy if, for example, more than two guests come. Critically, I would like to note that a rather hefty surcharge is levied if three or four guests stay overnight, which I think is a bit too expensive.

The location is superb as is the house. Made with so much love it is the perfect place for a holiday. From the location you can make beautiful day trips (Grots of Postojna, Koper, Trieste, Ljubljana etc).
