Nice stay in Evian !!
Location is great and minutes walk to the main city’s shopping streets the room was very quiet and featured a nice view onto the Geneva Lake
The breakfast offer is a little mean for example you cannot have a coffee refill unless you pay for it and the food ingredients are of poor quality (industrial bread, low quality coffee and orange juice)

The meals were sufficient and good. There is astonishing view. Nice to have an active reception. Near the reception there is a bar with some music instruments which can be used by the guests.

Your kids will like this place!
Super location, it is very quite and has a great look the lake. It is some kind of resort for young students and our kids liked it. There is a space for playing billiard and table foot and prices are really symbolic (20 cents per game). They have a lot of board games you can play even take them and play in the room. Also, prices in the bar are below comparing the other bars in the area. Breakfast does not have a lot of choice, but enough for this price.
Soundproof is not good, you can hear people from the neighbouring rooms. Bathroom looks old and has a bad smell of the moisture.
