Lokalizacja i połączenia komunikacją miejską, zaopatrzenie obiektu, bliskość do morza, czystość, łatwość zameldowania.
gniazdo os na balkonie, umiejscowione między płytami na suficie, przez które niestety balkon stał się bezużyteczny i telewizor, którego nie dało się użytkować. Do tego bardzo bardzo utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem.

W apartamencie było wszystko, co potrzebne, włączając w to nawet papier do pieczenia w piekarniku – bardzo pomocne. Było bardzo czysto. Apartament ma świetną lokalizację, blisko do trzech linii autobusowych i całkiem niedaleko sklepu oraz 10 minut spacerem do morza. A do tego bardzo pomocna Pani Aga, która ogarnia całą tę rzeczywistość.
Nie mogę powiedzieć nic złego. Może tylko zamiast ekspresu do kawy, dla mnie bardziej przydatna by była mikrofalówka, ale to już zależy od preferencji, nie jest to minus.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, od akcesoria kuchenne po żelazko czy suszarkę. Czysto, przyjemnie, bardzo duży balkon.
