Spotlessly clean, self contained and within walking distance of amenities. The host was a delight, great communication and very informative. Stunning view across the marina.

Future guests should be aware that the property is within a working marina with all the noises and activity that comes with that.

In a great location and very unique, loved the hot tub and had loads of storage and cooking utensils. Small beach 10 mins away. Alen is super helpful

Das einzige kleine Manko: Wir sind aufgrund der Bilder davon ausgegangen, dass das Boot ein Außenboot ist, also nur auf der einen Seite ein Nachbarhausboot hat. Das ist nicht mehr so, da im letzten Jahr ein Boot dazu gekommen ist. Es wäre schön, wenn die Fotos in diesem Punkt aktualisiert werden würden, damit es keine Enttäuschungen gibt. 😉

The house boat is beautiful and is located at the end of the marina which is ideal for getting out on the water or for heading into Pula. We hired a small boat which was a great way to visit some of the local islands and restaurants. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing but also offers plenty of shade where required. Alen was on hand to greet us when we arrived and was excellent in helping us when required.
