Yumbo Teror Two Bedroom Apartment

The apartment was lovely. Very comfortable and clean with all the amenities as expected. Very good location next to Yumbo centre and 20 minute walk to the beach.

Esta recién reformado y bien ubicado.

- La limpieza y desinfección: tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros al llegar a pesar de entrar a las 15:00h para dar las 3 horas de margen para la supuesta limpieza. - El parking: es muy pequeño para todos los apartamentos que hay y muy incomodo. - La piscina: no tiene baños porque estaban estropeados, le falta una reforma y la piscina de niños siempre estaba sucia. - La televisión: tenía muchos canales internacionales pero la conexión fallaba cada dos por tres y se apagaba. - El calentador: es pequeño y el agua caliente dura solo para una persona. Había que esperar a que se cargara para la ducha de 4 adultos

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. One of the nicest we have stayed in while in Playa del Ingles. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. He arranged to meet us on arrival and was available to answer any queries etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

No balcony and no air conditioning. However it's rare to find an apartment with air conditioning in Playa del Ingles and fans were available in both bedrooms and the living room.

The host was exceptionally nice, ready to meet all our needs, without being in any way intrusive; the apartment has a great view, on the 4th floor, has pretty much all needed for a nice stay. The building has two fast elevators, always working, and in front of it a decent swimming pool and a parking space of 10-12 slots. On the ground floor there are a massage centre (with quite expensive services), a hairdresser and an awesome cosy Italian restaurant with good prices and fantastic food.

The building has an unusually maintenance programme with quite annoying noises at times during the resting hours, that we needed to address personally, with not so much success. This is the main reason for lesser ranking.
