Appartamento accogliente e funzionale nel caratteristico paesino di Nicotera. Il proprietario Giovanni è velocissimo a soddisfare ogni richiesta,ma soprattutto è super gentile e accogliente,ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto!

Della struttura non è molto comodo raggiungerla

Ottimo bonus la colazione messa a disposizione nell'appartamento, con biscotti, marmellate e miele, caffè in abbondanza. L'appartamento è alla Giudecca, un quartiere storico di Nicotera, dall'atmosfera unica e affascinante, una miscela di genuinità, abbandono e brillante restauro. A meno di dieci minuti di macchina la spiaggia libera di Nicotera Marina, una lunga e bellissima striscia di sabbia mai affollata neppure in agosto.

The house has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of them features a small balcony with a view of the countryside. The main living space is the kitchen and dining area (there is no separate living room with a sofa). Both the TV and the AC are located in this area. Wi-Fi is available (the password can be requested from the owner). The washing machine is a big plus. Public parking is available at the church nearby. (A car is necessary, as the house is far from everything. Also, be prepared for steep, narrow streets with two-way traffic.)

We didn't like the location; there are many abandoned houses in the area, and I'm sorry to say, but I didn't feel safe during our stay. ​I believe the kitchen could be better equipped (e.g., a kettle, more glasses, a corkscrew, and rubbish bags for selective waste collection could. be available). ​The towels should be replaced because they shed lint that sticks to the body. ​Unfortunately, the owner doesn't speak English, so communication only worked using an online translator. ​There is no information about the region or its history in the apartment, nor are there any maps or guidebooks. ​You can hear every footstep from the apartment above. There are rubbish everywhere in this region :(
