Basic but good value for money

Basic but clean, bed was comfortable and fridge was useful. Air conditioning kept the room cool.

Shower tray was falling apart and the air conditioning leaks onto the balcony. Not enough toilet roll provided (initially zero, on request got given just one roll)

Good value, clean and modern apartments in a quiet location.

Very clean, modern apartments in a quiet location but easy walking distance to centre. Ten minutes walk from bus station. The map location is accurate. Parking right outside if you need it. Good value.

If the shower curtain was a little longer the bathroom floor wouldn't get so wet.

Exceptional value in a quiet residential area

Modern, clean and bright studio with a nice big balcony in a quiet residential area. Comfy bed and great air con. Small shop on the corner of the street for basics like water. It's 10 min walk to the town with shops and restaurants and about 25 min to the beach/old town. Great wifi and kind owner who picked us up from the bus station (about 10 to 15 min walk) and spoke good English. Not ideal if you're in and out of your room all the time but we walked back late pm then just visited the town later for a bite to eat. We knew it was out a bit from the old town area. Exceptional value.

The location of the apartment is excellent! It is located close to the center but in a quiet place. Its equipment is adequate. The host is very helpful and friendly! We will come back here again next year!

Der Gastgeber war richtig freundlich. Er hat uns an den Strand gefahren an die Busstation als wir weiter mussten, alles kostenlos.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Vor allem auch die Privatsphäre.

Super Preis/Leistung!

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis! Ruhige Lage, gleichermaßen fußläufig zur old town/Zentrum, aber mit etwas Energie auch der lange Strand gut erreichbar. Vermieter hat auch ein Fahrrad zum ausleihen da! Küchenzeile zwar nur für Kleinigkeiten passend (nur ein Kochfeld, wenig Besteck), aber Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, was bei der Wärme doch sehr gut ist. Ebenso die Klimaanlage...:) In der Summe, für den Preis: SUPER!

Ogólnie na plus

Cicha lokalizacja blisko centrum Ulcinji, niska cena. Wielkość odpowiednia dla dwóch osób. Dobrze dzialajaca klimatyzacja, parking.

Problemy z internetem. Małe wyposażenie aneksu kuchannego. Wysokie poduszki i dość twarde łóżko. W wielu miejscach znajdowały się pajączyny.

Rauhallinen ja tasokas majoitus lähellä kaikkea

Rauhallinen sijainti lähellä keskustaa. Ei kuulunut ollenkaan liikenteen tai musiikkibaarien melua, mutta silti oli lyhyt matka joka paikkaan. Tilava, erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä huone, jossa oli kätevä keittotila. Majoittaja reagoi nopeasti viesteihin ja oli ystävällinen. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Tulisin uudelleenkin.

Kehittämisideoita: parvekkeella voisi olla pyykin kuivausteline tai pyykkinaru ja kesällä päivänvarjo paahtavan auringon takia. Huoneessa olisi hyvä olla sängyn vieressä pienet yöpöydät tai jakkarat tavaroita varten.
