The house is new, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we experienced recurring electrical issues—the power would cut off and restart multiple times during our stay. This also caused the gas stove, which uses an electric ignition, to repeatedly attempt to light itself for hours afterward, creating a continuous clicking noise. The biggest downside was the behavior of the hostess. While the host was polite, the hostess was unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude. On checkout day, she arrived early with the cleaners, didn’t introduce herself or greet us, and stood outside watching us, creating a sense of pressure to leave. Additionally, even though the listing is pet-friendly and we booked with our dogs, she confronted us at our car claiming we hadn’t informed them, and handled the situation in an aggressive and unfriendly manner. Lastly, the 9:00 AM checkout time is unusually early, and despite reaching out in advance to ask for a small extension, our request was declined without flexibility. The hostess was at the door before 9:00 AM, further adding to the rushed and uncomfortable departure.

Gute Lage, 2min zum Strand (kleiner,aber feiner Strand mit Kaffees und Restaurants in der Nähe), Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof. Bushaltestelle nach Zadar 5min entfernt (nicht weit weg von der Kirche) Sauber und gut ausgestattet, Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und Tabs, WC inkl. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel. Klima im Wohnzimmer und beiden Schlafzimmern. Überdachte Außenterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Vermieterin hat uns Empfangen und alles erklärt, war telefonisch immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen alles gut erklärt. Preis Leistung wirklich gut.

Staubsauger fehlte, nicht unbedingt notwendig, wäre nur ein Bonus gewesen
