JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

All the staff ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING,they are so kind and they really look after all the customers very well. Cleaners,waitresses,receptionists,entertainment people,security and concierge people work very well!! The location is amazing 👏It's only 6 mts from the airport and the shuttle to the beach is always on time. The buffet is PERFECT 👌 There's a doctor/clinic 24 hours next to the reception to assist you. My husband went there and the doctor assisted him in less than 1 minute. They all speak a perfect English and other languages as well,we were so impressed how they care about their customers. For a girl travelling on her own it's extremely safe!! As soon as we left the hotel we both agreed to come back to JAZ NEO SHARKS BAY again next summer. I strongly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with perfect hospitality, professionalism, and kindness from every member of the staff. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and the service exceeded our expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hameed who managed to have a solution for every question, every request, and every little thing we needed during our stay. Friendly, professional, and always smiling, he made everything feel effortless. He transform a good stay into a memorable one. Special appreciation goes to Chef Mohamed, whose talent and dedication were evident in every dish served. The food was consistently excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Mohamed from house keeping for his creativity. The beautiful decorations and funny arrangements he prepared in our room were a wonderful surprise and added a unique touch to our stay. His effort is truly appreciated. A sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their outstanding service and hospitality. Each member played a part in making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable. We are truly grateful for all your efforts and look forward to returning again.

Every little thing is perfect

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mr. Mina for his outstanding support and hospitality. He was very cooperative and made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel offers amazing value for money, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay.
