this a a well priced stay and for the money it’s very good value

Having a kitchen and dining table. Clean and plenty of choice for beds, singles and doubles. Having bathrooms upstairs and down to service the bedrooms upstairs and down was good.
Too many emails, asking for arrival time, leaving time, who was in the group, what was the reason for the stay etc. Having to ring to get key details with a list of 4 numbers to work through. Wasnt aware £200 would be taken on booking for damage but slow returning it. I was using Booking.com to book a hotel so all this interogation and deposit came as a surprise. Now wondering why this Frank and honest review is being bounced.

Very good
The rooms were clean and tidy. Nice location, right on top of a hill.
Back garden was useless. No front gate to the property. I complained about a broken sofa leg, but instead of the compensation they charged me £50 as I mentioned it only on the checkout day (stayed there for a weekend only)
