Nice specious apartment. Kitchen has litterly everything you need! The pool was nice. The apartment was big and clean. Host was very helpful

I would really like to spend more time on the terrace, but unfortunately lounge set was not very comfortable. I think it can be nice to invest in that a bit more. Also the bed was a bit too hard.. you need a car to get around, there is no store nearby , but that ofc is pretty much the case in most of the places

Super Nice apartment with a great view. Clean and modern. The bed is also very comfy. The Area is very nice with 4 Pools - one is an infinity pool. A parking space is included. Recommend to have a car. We will definitely come back! Andreas is a very polite host.

The apartment is well-situated within the community, direct access to the pool and garden. The terrace view is spectacular at sunset, overlooking the area and Gibraltar. Spacious apartment, very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Everything seems brand new. The host was very responsive. Underground parking included for your car.

No restaurant or shops on the premises, only within driving distance.

Geen penthouse maar gewoon de 3e verdieping in een gehorig flatgebouw. Afgeragde dunne kussens met vlekken van een slecht zittend bankensetje op balkon, 1 oude set dunne handdoeken p.p. beschikbaar, geen normaal koffiezetapparaat maar een Philips Barista (ook niet handig want je moet gelijk in de auto om boodschappen te doen).

Urbanisatie is lastig bereikbaar, hoog en ver weg van alles. Geen winkel of restaurant in de buurt. Hoewel de naam het doet vermoeden, heeft het, niks met Urb. Cartiers Marbella te maken want die urbanisatie is van een andere, hogere standaard. Airco lastig te bedienen, temperatuur in appartement liep hoog op omdat buitentemperatuur nog rond de 29 graden was, ook in de nacht iedere keer weer eruit om airco aan te doen. Zwembad van deze fase was dicht, buiten gebruik. Terrasbalkon zat onder de mieren en bladeren, oude kleden, wordt niet bijgehouden door schoonmaak/eigenaar.
