Lovely cosy studio in a medieval tower in the historical city of Porrentruy.
The fantastic location inside a 500-year old tower. The studio has all you need for a short stay: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and practical shower and wc room, views on two sides of the old town. Free parking a few hundred metres away. Helpful and friendly owner. And the delight of stepping out into historical Porrentruy early on a Saturday morning for a coffee in the market was awesome. Un bijou !

The location and atmosphere were amazing! We hiked in the area and it was a perfect place to stay - in the center of town and near the castle, as well as numerous restaurants.
The quality of the bedsheets were poor and it didn’t seem like the property had been cleaned thoroughly or recently, but it was tidy.

Authentisch Jurassisch
Die Unterkunft ist architektonisch sensationell! Wir waren da zwei Nächte für die Medieval. Man ist effektiv im alten Turm, mit massiven Mauern und der Raum ist halbrund. Es darf auch minimal ausgestattet sein, dass passt zur Unterkunft. Ich erwarte als Turmwärterin nicht den Luxus eines Schlosses. Auch passte uns das kontaktlose Check-in gut. So sind wir zeitlich flexibel. Wenn man Swisscom TV kennt ist auch der Fernseher top! (Man muss den Input zuerst auf HDMI umschalten)
Es funktioniert alles, aber es fehlt an liebevoller Sorgfalt: Die Tapete hängt von der Decke, hinter der Toilette Schimmel, der Duschkopf ist gebrochen, in einer Schublade fehlt der Boden, die Spannbetlaken halten nicht. Weniger Möbel, dafür intakt wäre hier wünschenswert. Am meisten irritieren mich aber die Antworten in Booking auf schlechte Bewertungen.
