Awesome wilderness feel. Old fashioned homey decor. Beautiful wood walls, floors and ceilings. Secluded and cozy. We love Tonka the horse. Fed him apples and carrots. Nice campfire sight. Enjoyed a movie with the family and dogs. Appreciate being able to bring our furr babies. Great walki.g paths. Nice breakfast made together, sipping coffee, watching nature.
Long, dark gravel driveway was a bit intimidating. No signage and deep ruts with sharp stones for driving in. A little too jungle back in, could maybe be cut back. Humidity in there was thick. Old horse seemed alone and rather thin. Some kitchen items were not available for use like kitchen towels/cloths. But overall great experience.

We loved the secluded location - the wildlife - fire pit - cozy living room seating!
It could have been cleaner - dining room table had dried food on it - much of the silverware and pots and pans were dirty - and the throw in the living room had stains on it (which I washed and got them out).

The house was beautiful. Well stocked and the owner even had it decorated for Christmas. And since this was our Christmas with out of state family, it made the stay amazing!
