La propreté.

Le confort du couchage, très simple et basique. Peut-être améliorer à moindre coût. Une couette simple et chaude suffirait largement. Surtout que je suis originaire de Collobrieres. Sinon très propre

Logement certes petit mais très propre, bien décoré et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. Parfait pour un court séjour.

The property is a garage located directly along an unlit road some way above the village of Collobrières. It's suitable to sleep for a night for people hiking the GR 90. There is a sofabed, a bathroom, a small kitchen, a tiny table, and a nice book with pictures of Île de Poquerolles.

It's a converted garage. To get any bit of privacy requires closing the vertically sliding garage door, which means in case of a power outage one cannot get out, and one cannot open a window while keeping private. There are drapes/curtains, but at night they don't block any light and don't prevent looking in when it's dark outside and the lights are on inside. This doesn't feel very nice. The street is unlit without sidewalks, which is nice for stars but not great when arriving on foot in the dark. Make sure to bring a headlight if you want to walk the 1.4 km to the village centre (which is quite a detour due to the many cul-de-sacs among the villas). The view is not actually of the village but is agricultural. Because of the location immediately adjecent to a street without sidewalks, one cannot sit outside. This place is OK for sleeping for a night, but I would not recommend staying here longer.
