Casa Monaco Luxury Apartment

La prima cosa che abbiamo apprezzato appena siamo entrati nell'appartamento è stata la freschezza dell'ambiente nonostante i condizionatori non fossero accesi. La struttura è interamente in pietra, molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia eccellente, letti comodissimi e bagno in camera, senza dover scendere al piano inferiore. La doccia multi funzione è molto piacevole. Si trova in pieno centro storico, ma in un vicoletto tranquillo, con bar, ristorantini e negozietti a portata di mano, oltre a dei panorami mozzafiato. Degna di nota è la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Maurizio che si è adoperato prima del nostro arrivo per i pass in ZTL e parcheggio. Ci torneremo con molto piacere! Super consigliato!!!

Very good communication with the owner. This property is stunning and well looked after. It’s on top of a Hill right in the historical centre. Very close to a restaurant. Shower is amazing. Everything looks so nice.

The location need to be reached by car or taxi. I walked with suitcase, way too steep of a walk. There might need some more sugar or tea left in the property. The gorgeous little couch looks lovely but not very comfortable. Be mindful of the somewhat steep stairs leading up to the upstairs bedroom. Also keep in mind in low season Monday nothing much is open so get groceries beforehand to cook at the property and buy breakfast as the restaurant nearby opens at 10 am.
