Lovely house, nice area, clean and secure with Parking

Beautiful house and very close to everything. Loved the garden area. It was all very local, clean and secure for us all. The lady was lovely and even let us park earlier as we found a space, which was such a huge help.

Great location, seconds walk to everything!

The location was great and the space was more than suitable for us. The apartment was clean and well equipped for us as a family, cooking some dinner time meals etc.

We did buy the place a frying pan as there wasn't one, and a new spatula....to future guests, you're welcome! :D But otherwise we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We stayed in the double room in our apartment which unfortunately has no wardrobe space, which was a slight inconvenience. We had to lift and open our suitcase up each day to dress, as there wasn't much option.

Brilliant and would stay there again.

The nearness of the beach and town. Parking outside or near the property with a digital parking ticket organised by the owner of the property. The spaciousness of the apartment was delightfully surprising. The cupcakes were a delicious welcome gift. Thank Sam.

I would have liked a Tv in the master bedroom and a frying pan in the kitchen cupboard. A larger fridge and smaller freezer compartment as it was difficult to store food for a family of five.

Perfect stay. We had a great time, in an ideal location.

The property was in the perfect location. For a family with a 1 year old, it’s was perfectly located to be able to go back and forth from the beach and not have far to walk with all our stuff. Ideal location and communication with the host was amazing.

We loved everything! The sofas weren’t as comfortable as we are use too but was still perfect for a break away!

Location being right next to harbour and beach Apartments had a good layout, host fixed the bed for us as it was wobbly.

Fridge too small for 6 people Dvds all over but no dvd player Toilet seats were not very secure and only flushed ever so often

Would stay again

Property had 4 bedrooms that I required for family of five adults. Nice apartment. Included towels, hand wash and washing up liquid. Complimentary box of cakes and flowers was a lovely surprise. Property is conveniently close to all amenities.

Young Adults voiced their beds were uncomfortable. Suitcases heavy to carry up the two and three sets of stairs.

Perfect apartment for our stay

The location was perfect for the event we attended at the SPA. The apartment was perfect very clean and very home from from, we even walked in to some cupcakes which was lovely.

The radiator at the bottom of the stairs by the living room door was constantly on, the dial on the side of the radiator couldn’t be turned to switch it off.

A lovely little break in a lovely apartment.

Great communication with Sam to arrange arrival/keys/ramp etc, perfect location, really quiet, beds are comfy, apartment was lovely and clean and everything you need for your stay, lovely little touches of cupcakes and fresh flowers left for us on arrival, would book again, perfect for wheelchair users, thank you Sam.

Northern Soul Weekender stay over

The property was lovely and clean and a good position for us to get into town and Bridlington Spa. Sam was great, she met us upon our arrival, had left us flowers and some cakes which was very nice. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots pans etc and all very clean. It would have been nice to have a king size bed rather than the double but we’re used to king size at home sooo. Would definitely stay again.

Only a double bed, king would have been nice. Sofa in lounge a bit small for two to get comfy on but manageable.

Fantastic little apartment

Central for everything, it's a lovely little apartment, we had everything we needed & more, well catered for disabled plp & perfect for our pooches, we had a lovely little sun trap yard to ourselves, we all loved the place...😊

Toilet seat kept movin when you sat on it, it needs looking at...parking's a problem u av 2 park in a bay or you'll get a ticket & the traffic wardens are always patrolling,but we eventually got a spot but nowhere near apartment, apart from that was fantastic

Easy, Central Location, Fabulous Host

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities except a washing machine and lets face it, who wants to be doing laundry on holiday (although it did have an iron for sorting those packing wrinkles)! The host Sam was brilliant. Quickly responded to a request about an extra night and even provided extra bedding for a friend to stay one night, who wasn’t part of the booking. It’s also literally a stones throw away from the beach/promenade. Will definitely look first to see if this place is available on future visits.

The only real ‘issue’ was the step between the living room and kitchen, as my Mum is disabled. However there were bars beside it for her to hold onto and in the bathroom too, so she was fine with it. As long as you are ‘walking disabled’ you shouldn’t have a problem.

A beautifully homely. Spotlessly clean apartment. Everything there you could possible want. A lovely patio at the back. Where we enjoyed a glass of wine in the sunshine. Absolutely delighted with our stay. Will definitely return. A ******
