Lovely apartment, ideally situated, quiet but close to restaurants, bars etc., Everything provided, ensuring we had a great stay. The cleanest and best organised apartment we have ever stayed in. Could not fault it. Communication with owner was responsive and helpful. It really was ‘home from home’ wished we could have stayed longer, very relaxing. Owners have thought of everything.

Vriendelijke, behulpzame, correcte host (Mr.Konstantin), proper mooi buitenzwembad, mooi en proper appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig, wasmachine aanwezig is ook pluspunt, echt supergoed!
Kzou het eigenlijk niet weten… misschien de ligstoelen om mee te nemen naar het zwembad binnenkort aan vernieuwing toe…. En misschien 1 meer…

The apartment overlooks the pool which is very well maintained. it is also in a secure gated block with parking if you have a hire car and you also can use 2 other pools that are part of the same block of apartments. A 15 min walk to the centre. and very sort walk to the beach. The corrospondence/ emails with Konstantin was brilliant. A very nice guy.We will certainly look to stay again in the future.
A little gem if you are looking to stay at Cabo Roig.

A very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short get away. During the heat wave the apartment stayed cool and comfortable even after the air con being turned off. The apartment has a choice of pools which was great as you can choose if you want to be at the quiet pool or the busy pool. It’s approximately a 10min walk to a multitude of bars and restaurants as well as 5mins from the beach.
