Villa Kristiana

Great and friendly host! The patio with the little garden was very quiet and peaceful. You have nice views as well. Loved the location of the apartment, just outside/up top from the "city centre". Therefor quiet, but still close to city centre. Supermarkets close by. Air-conditioner worked perfectly. 5 minutes to the "public beach".

I´m sensitive to sounds, so sometimes annoying resonance sounds from something bothered me a bit (my friends wasnt bothered). Not sure where it came from though. Maybe neighbours air-conditioner, washing machine, ventilation or something else? The stove in the apartment did its job, but was very slow.

I’ve booked many places on Booking in the past, but honestly, I was usually too lazy to leave a review. This time, however, after spending a wonderful week here, I truly felt the need to share my experience! Kristiana, our host, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Everything was perfectly arranged before our arrival, with clear instructions. And when we got there, we found delicious cakes waiting for us in the fridge — such a sweet and heartwarming surprise! The apartment is spacious, bright, very clean, and well maintained. The little garden is cozy and charming, especially the beautiful red flowers (I don’t know their name, but they’re stunning!). There are mosquito screens on the doors, and the air conditioner works perfectly — which is essential during the Saranda summer. The kitchen had everything we needed for occasional cooking. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and city center. There are several convenient mini-markets nearby. And the sea view from the garden is lovely. A special highlight: there’s a cute little turtle living in the garden! Our kids adored it — such a fun and unexpected surprise that brought them so much joy. Kristiana speaks fluent English, and communication with her was super easy. Every time we needed help or had a question, she responded quickly and kindly. One thing I especially appreciated: after we left, I realized I had forgotten my 3-in-1 charger in the room. Kristiana went back and searched for it twice, eventually finding it hidden in a gap in the sofa. She even asked her friend to help bring it back to Germany and mail it to me — incredibly patient and kind! Another important point: the price was very reasonable and the value for money was excellent. Considering the location, comfort, and overall experience, this stay was definitely worth every euro. All in all, this place was the perfect base for our week in Saranda. We had an amazing holiday, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone v

Almost nothing

Very modern apartment with a lovely kitchen/living room area. Very good facilities, washing machine was a massive bonus.

The apartment was a hilly walk back from the town.

- clean, spacious rooms, modernly furnished - accommodation equipped with everything: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kitchenette - location: 5 minutes to the seafrond, many supermarkets nearby, - the host is amazing, she welcomed us with something sweet, helped us when we needed something, offered us tips for what to do and see.
