It was close to the city center, really spacious and clean. The landlord even left us some Mostar beer in the fridge. And there were fresh oranges outside.
Kitchen could be a little more equipped, we couldn’t opened one door to the balcony and there could be more towels.

The location of the property is a 10/10.
Just a few minutes walk from the bridge.
When trying to find out how to get into the property I didn’t have any data so hadn’t been able to look at a WhatsApp message the host was quite impatient.

The location can't be better. First house before the walking zone starts. That said, it also turned out to be a huge disadvantage. Just behind the apartment is a stage and there was very loud music every night leaving sleepless beyond midnight.
As spacious as the apartment is it is rather old and overloaded with cabinets. Of 14 properties that we rented in the last 8 weeks this was the only dirty one. There was dirt in the kitchen and even in the cabinets. Furnitures and fixtures are old. The toilet seat is dislodging all the time.
Bath towels provided were large facial towels. They did not even wrap around my waste. No kitchen towels were provided. This apartment needs a renovation and proper cleaning. Check out time was specified between 08:00 and 10:00. Since when does someone specify the beginning of checking out? If I want to check out at 06:00 to catch a plane then I'll check out at 06:00 and not at 08:00. Someone got the priorities wrong. It's also the first out of 14 apartments that we were requested to remove the rubbish. Not that it matters but it sounds a bit like s joke that the only dirty apartment we experienced is the only one to request us to remove the rubbish.
