Hidden gem of Old Town

Minden rendben volt, kiváló helyen van a szállás. pár méterre a bazároktól, éttermektől. Jó parkolási lehetőség. Nagyon rendben van a szállás, az hogy a fürdőszoba az egyik hálószobán keresztül közelíthető meg, minket nem zavart.

Firstly the location - felt very VIP driving in having parking attendants trying to wave us in to their car parks, and being able to carry on knowing we were going to our accommodation which is right where the old town starts. The pedestrian entrance to the property is literally inside of where the cobble stones start! As if that's not enough, the accommodation is SPACIOUS, not to mention clean and comfortable. We wished we were there for longer.

The only thing we didn't like was no fault of the hosts - the previous guests must have ignored the no smoking policy, as there was a strong cigarette smoke odour as soon as we walked in. Thankfully, the hosts quickly dropped off some air freshener, and combined with opening windows the smell eventually went away. The other thing which I believe has been mentioned in a previous review, isn't a problem as such, but the shower is in a bathroom accessed via a bedroom, so something to consider for your situation.

A wonderful, extremely spacious three-bedroom place; everything is spotless. An excellent choice for families; the house is equipped with everything you might need. The only problem was that we couldn't take a shower because the water heater kept tripping the circuit breaker; the electric heater has a water leak—this is a bit dangerous and needs to be checked. We forgot to mention this to the landlord; I hope they read this. Tek sorun, su ısıtıcısının sürekli sigortayı attırması yüzünden duş alamamamızdı; elektrikli ısıtıcıda su sızıntısı var; bu biraz tehlikeli bir durum ve kontrol edilmesi gerekiyor. Bunu ev sahibine söylemeyi unuttuk; umarım bunu okurlar.

The location can't be better. First house before the walking zone starts. That said, it also turned out to be a huge disadvantage. Just behind the apartment is a stage and there was very loud music every night leaving sleepless beyond midnight.

As spacious as the apartment is it is rather old and overloaded with cabinets. Of 14 properties that we rented in the last 8 weeks this was the only dirty one. There was dirt in the kitchen and even in the cabinets. Furnitures and fixtures are old. The toilet seat is dislodging all the time. Bath towels provided were large facial towels. They did not even wrap around my waste. No kitchen towels were provided. This apartment needs a renovation and proper cleaning. Check out time was specified between 08:00 and 10:00. Since when does someone specify the beginning of checking out? If I want to check out at 06:00 to catch a plane then I'll check out at 06:00 and not at 08:00. Someone got the priorities wrong. It's also the first out of 14 apartments that we were requested to remove the rubbish. Not that it matters but it sounds a bit like s joke that the only dirty apartment we experienced is the only one to request us to remove the rubbish.
