Ubicación y alojamiento espectacular. El apartamento tiene una cama grande y un sofá cama enorme. Muy limpio cómodo y agradable. Creo que poco se puede mejorar.... Igual lo único la puerta de la entrada del apartamento que está un poco dura y cuesta cerrar por la madera supongo

The location is in an isolated area with very comfortable free parking. There is a great view of the city and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare food. Tea and coffee was a great thank pack from host. The fireplace creates a real Christmas atmosphere in the evenings. The place feels quiet and pleasantly secluded, perfect for relaxing. The shower is fitted high-quality bathroom fixtures. The balcony area views fully matches the pictures shown on the website. The host paid attention to small details, including toys and games for children

The apartment is quite cold in winter due to its location on eastern part of island at about 340 meters above sea level, making it 3–5°C colder than Santa Cruz.The fireplace works well; however, buying one pack of firewood per night at the Dino supermarket adds about €9 per night. The electric heater is powerful enough for one room, but it has a fan and is noisy at night. Hot water is a common issue mentioned in other reviews. The 30-liter boiler is not sufficient for a family, especially for longer stays.It must be 80-100 l size. The bathroom, although well equipped, was the coldest room (around 18°C) and uncomfortable to use in winter. This should be explained more clearly in the apartment description so families with children can decide in advance. The electrical system is limited, so using the heater requires turning off other appliances. Wi-Fi does not reach the bedroom well, which caused additional mobile data use. Towels were very old and did not match the overall standard. Overall, the apartment is suitable for short stays, hikers, or guests with modest comfort expectations, but it is not ideal for long family stays in winter.
