Location was great and it was very quiet . Loved having the garden with table and chairs to sit out. Very friendly neighbours and very helpful
The steps ! There were a lot of steps up to the house. The stairs in the house were not for the disabled. The windows were full of cobwebs inside and out . We had to clean the kitchen and bathroom windows

No breakfast supplied! No wood in basket. No firelighters.
Dangerous floor rugs
Bowel disturbing drive passage, even with folded mirrors, at upper end of access road, particularly at night.
