The suite was spacious and super clean. The facilities were superb. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options for all tastes. The staff were super kind and friendly.
The pillows could be better and more comfy, and the price is a bit high

Excellent food and fantastic service. The location is peaceful and quiet, with mountain views. A perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!
The only downside was that the swimming pool water was too cold.

Beautiful scenic location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and friendly, helpful staff.
Everything was enjoyable; no major issues.

Dusit continues to maintain high standard in services, cleanliness and remains best value for money in Jebel Al Akhdar. The staff in the restaurants and everywhere across the hotel aim to please and work hard.
The hotel only has what is effectively a (shallow) children's pool, which is a little unusual for an establishment of that level. This is one of the reason why we recently chose to stay at a more expensive Indigo. I encourage the hotel management to put a better facility in place as it will undoubtedly bring more customers.
