The villa was well equipped, spotlessly clean and located within easy walking distance of the town and the main beach. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms & the living area and this appreciated in the heat. It was also more roomy than the impression given by the photographs. Patricia our host was pro active in her communication before and on our arrival and made some great suggestions for places to visit and dine.

Excellent location, near all amenities and beach , lovely house, 2 bathrooms, great facilities. Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms much appreciated because it was very hot and humid. Loved Moraira, very nice resort with good eating places, great beaches, very family-orientated and very international. Highly recommended!

We were told that occupants of the house usually have use of the pool at the little hotel next door, but it was closed for refurbishment - a shame, but did not spoil our holiday as we didn't expect a pool anyway

Excellent location 10 minutes walk into the town and the beach

The location was perfect! Easy parking. Lots of living room space upstairs and lovely balcony. Patricia kindly sourced baby bath and changing mat for us and let a family member check in for us as we were unable to make the check in times due to our flight landing late

Bedrooms downstairs in basement. Spiral staircase down to bedrooms was dangerous especially with baby, no handrail. Also difficult with luggage. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, not made together like in the pictures. Lots of ants. Bedding in main bedroom was bobbly and well worn.
