Felt very safe during the short city shut down. Comfortable well equipped home.

Communication issues and cleaning problems that were resolved.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated and very well-equipped apartment. It has almost perfect block out curtains, nespresso coffee machine and aerator, live plants (including blooming orchids!), lovely sitting area outside with humming birds being a frequent visitors. Comfortable and welcoming.

Uncoordinated communication - from the owner, somebody else at the condominium (through whatsapp *and* separately through booking.com demanding to contact them through whatsapp despite us being in touch (?!?)) was excessive and providing conflicting information. The owner was very helpful and gave many tips/pieces of info. Some of the information was outdated (e.g. old menu for the restaurant), some was not what booking.com deal promised (early check-in, late check-out has additional cost despite being included in the booking offer). The owner gracefully allowed us to use the late check out option free of charge and was very accommodating and available overall. Thank you! No sauna - the property does not have sauna despite it being included in the apartment description and later in the description shared by the owner. There is only a steam room. Since the sauna was the reason we chose this property over other options closer to the city center, it was a great disappointment for this particular stay. Despite these (parents’)issues, our children loved the stay and ask to come again.
