Gostei da limpeza no apartamento e da localização.
Não gostei das escadas. Pois esqueci de perguntar se o apartamento era térreo ou tinha elevador. Camas e sofá já estão bastante desgastados. Faltou pilhas nos controles do ar e da TV. Estacionamento rotativo com apenas duas vagas. Ainda bem que não fiquei trancado nenhuma vez.

Ótima localização, limpeza, quartos grandes
3°andar para subir escadas com bagagem, roupas de cama um pouco velhas, garagem só cabe 2 carros, ou vc deixa o carro na Rua, ou vai tirar quando o outro hóspede precisar sair
