All in all despite the weather the apartment was good. Would recommend it!

The apartment was nice and the location was excellent. It had all the facilities mentioned.

Lift Acess. You had to go up a flight of stairs before you reached the lifts. Not a problem normally but mother-in-law is 90 and when my wife and I went shopping (we are both over 70) it was not good. A few minor niggles, sink plugs missing, sockets came away from the walls. During our stay we experienced howling gales and very low temperatures. There are gaps in the patio doors which made a 24 hour a day whistling noise. The apartment could use more heating. Better beds and pillows. We prefer duvets but that is a personal choice.

Very soft & uncomfortable foam mattresses, Furnishings & decor need replacing. Back bedrooms too hot, no air flow & no air conditioning despite rental law in Andalucia 2016 requiring air conditioning from May to October.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Kauniit näkymät! Rauhallinen asunto viidennessä kerroksessa. Iso ruokapöytä todella hyvä. Pyykkikone oli siisti sekä toimi moitteettomasti. Ei haitallisia hajuja eikä ötököitä.

Useassa sisäovessa ei ollut kahvoja. Pikku parvekkeen oven lukko oli irtoamaisillaan. Astioita aivan liian vähän seitsemälle henkilölle. Lakanoita ja pyyhkeitä ei voinut vaihtaa kertaakaan kymmenen päivän oleskelun aikana.

Appartement mal entretenu , avec manque de propreté et fortes odeurs persistantes ce qui a rendu notre séjour inconforta

Belle vue sur mer et super emplacement

À notre arrivée, l’appartement était sale et poussiéreux, avec un canapé noir de saleté sur lequel on ne pouvait pas s’asseoir. Nous l’avons signalé et le propriétaire a accepté de mettre une housse par dessus mais a refusé d’envoyer une femme de ménage pour nettoyer l’appartement. Ensuite, nous avons également signalé de fortes odeurs nauséabondes venant de la cuisine : cette fois, il a accepté d’envoyer quelqu’un. La femme de ménage a découvert des aliments moisis derrière le réfrigérateur. Malgré deux interventions de nettoyage, l’odeur persistait, imprégnant tout l’appartement. Elle était tellement forte et désagréable que nous évitions d’y rester la journée et ne rentrions que le soir pour aérer et dormir. Tout cela a rendu notre séjour très inconfortable et a été une mauvaise expérience.

Majoitus piti olla esteetön, mutta emme silti saaneet invahissin avainta heti, vaan se piti erikseen pyytää. Vaikka olin kertonut, että juhlimme äitini 80-vuotisjuhlia. Olisin myös kaivannut enemmän astioita, ettei tarvitsisi tiskata niin usein, lasit oli lähes kaikki eriparisia.

Kerros 0 jyrkkien portaiden päässä. Matkatavaroiden kanssa jännittävä kokemus! Oli kyllä hissi erikseen 0-kerrokseen josta hissit muihin kerroksiin, muttta olisi tarvinnut oman avaimen.
