Raiffeisenhof Appartements

Das Appartement ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Der große Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war zu 100% sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Einige der Jalousien waren defekt. Im Schlafzimmer war es nachts leider zu hell, da vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster immer Licht brennt.

Super nettes Appartement! Alles was man braucht vorhanden, praktisch eingerichtet! Sehr sauber und ordentlich! Ideal ist auch, dass ein kleiner Supermarkt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist! Klare Empfehlung für dieses Appartement!

Location was generally good and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean.

Location specified to have 2 bedrooms. But in fact it was one room and one walk-through place. Room is something that has 4 walls and a door. But the second bed was just standing in the open next to the one and only wall. If you wanted to go to the restroom, kirchen or bathroom from the first bedroom you had to walk through the person on the second bed. It's zero privacy and you waking the people on the second bed whenever you want to leave the room. This is not how "2 bedrooms" should be. This is just 2 beds at best. Another minus is that the place had no internet at all. We never expected that place s like that exist in 2023. We found this information later in hotel description under headline "Parking". No idea what internet has to do with parking. This was a roof apartment without AC and it was veeery hot inside. We were "lucky" that it was raining every evening, so the roof would cool off a bit. I pity people who will stay there in the sunny summer day. No open windows help much. Also you can only keep windows open if the blindshields are up. So you have a choice of being fried in a sun light with open windows or suffocate with closed windows. That said, I think this situation is better in apartments on the lower floors.
