Die Sauberkeit, klebrige Küche, alles nicht richtig gereinigt und es sind auch einige Dinge im Dusch-/Toilettenbereich kaputt!

Perfect location in the city centre with everything close by to explore Niort. Nicely furnished and well equipped so you can cook for yourself if you want to. It's small but perfect size for a solo traveller. Very handy location for the free buses from Brèche and only 10 mins walk from the railway station.
I found the bed a little hard as the mattress was thin but that may be personal taste. Would be good to have an armchair or something to sit on as the wooden stools are not that comfy after a while. Kitchen should have a corkscrew and bottle opener. These are all minor points, I had a great stay.
