TOURIÑÁN MAR

El apartamento tiene unas vistas inmejorables al cabo Touriñan. Está a tan solo 10 minutos de las playas más cercanas y en un momento te plantas en Muxía o Cee, donde tienes supermercados, gasolineras y otros servicios. Tanto Alba como su madre fueron super amables con nosotros y nos proporcionaron información útil de la zona nada más llegar. Aparcamiento dentro de la parcela, ubicada en un lugar tranquilo rodeada de horreos y ovejas. La terraza es un puntazo, sobre todo para ver el atardecer. En cuanto a menaje e instalaciones, tiene todo lo básico para pasar unos días.

What a beautiful place to park yourself for a couple of days and decompress! Spectacular view, clean and comfortable accommodation, equipped with all I needed, including a washing machine which was a huge bonus after weeks on the Camino, and full kitchen facilities. Marie gave me such a warm and caring welcome, I felt truly like a valued guest. The lighthouse is an easy and interesting walk, the sunsets are divine, there are goats and sheep that trot happily up the road on schedule, and if you're watching at the right time, you might see some of the world's most graceful and elegant yachts glide past the headland. There was an excellent compendium of information provided if you want to explore further afield, but for me, the joy was in staying put.

Not something the host can easily remedy, but the wifi was inconsistent at best, probably not surprising given the remote location. In truth, that was a good thing for me because it forced me to switch off a lot of the time. But worth bearing in mind. And a note for travellers considering this accommodation: if you're choosing it because it looks peaceful and quiet, please remember other guests have probably chosen it for the same reason. Please be respectful with your noise levels, it can be very intrusive and really spoil somebody else's experience when you yell and stomp. There endeth the sermon.
