Apartament czysty i zadbany, Pani właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Dużo miejsca do odpoczynku na zewnątrz i duży basen. Pani Laura codziennie rano czyściła basen i dbała o obiekt.

The owner lives above, and she is very nice. She bought my husband coffee and biscuits. It's a lovely clean pool, 2 umbrellas outside for shade, and sunbeds. Bring a lilo! The shower is powerful and hot. the bathroom & ensuite are separated with opaque glass cubes, pic below, this didn't bother me, you can't see anything. The apartment is a lovely size, nice rooms, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels & beach towels. Lovely plants and a nice outside seating area where I had breakfast each morning. A couple of cats came to say hello. We ate at the nearby restaurant, very nice, and used the pizza restaurant twice, 1 to eat in, 1 takeaway, it was very good! 2 small supermarket nearby & 1 a little further out. Only 15 mins from the airport. It was a good 30 mins walk into the centre, we ended up getting Bolt most times, which only cost €5 to €7 a time. We used a taxi one night, they charged €15. Super easy & central Pula is nice. All the restaurants we used were nice. The apartment is in a mostly, very quiet residential area. If you don't have a car, it could be a little far out.

Disclaimer!!! I'm sensitive to noise and if I was checking reviews, this is the type of information I'd like to know before booking.... There's a barking dog next door, on and off, 11pm, 7.30am, 2am. I had earplugs at night but it was frustrating. We didn't realise that the owner lived above, it was quiet the 1st night but then further family came to stay, for most of the week and that meant it was a bit noisy for us living underneath, we were woken by them as they were up & about early. We noticed it as my family is just 2 adults & a teen & we are quite quiet, so other guests might not notice if they're a busy family or larger group. As it's a residential area, there were a couple of times it was noisy with neighbourhood children. Because it's otherwise very quiet, I noticed the noise more than I would at home or at a hotel. The tv is in 1 of the bedrooms but we didn't watch tv. there's a little cd player but no Bluetooth speaker. there's a small sofa and a small rocking chair in the lounge so not really an area to sit and relax, or play cards inside. you need to pay €300 deposit in cash. this took up a lot of our spending money, and not helpful if you don't need euros after your holiday.. My husband & teen weren't too bothered with noise but as I said, I am sensitive to noise and use earplugs and had headphones in by the pool. I've written a lot but we overall we did really like this apartment and the host was great. If I was away with my friends, I'm sure we would be the noisy ones!! 😆

Very friendly and helpful host. The pool area was lovely a right sun trap. Large clean rooms and 2 showers and toilets.

No toaster so had to try and use a sandwich maker, kettle wouldn't turn off, and no grille on cooker. The apartment was lovely but not in walking distance to Pula, but bus went past end of the road.
