Emplacement et confort de l'appart
Manque de communication lors de la remise des clefs,donner une farde sans un mot d'explication n'est pas suffisant. L'adresse ; nous cherchons "Le Prieuré" et nous nous trouvons devant un panneau "Le Trinitaire" Pour trouver l'appart, tous les renseignements étaient dans la farde, mais on ne nous l'avait pas signalé et nous avons cherché pendant un certain temps.

Emplacement exceptionnel vue sur saint Malo , le stationnement en sous sol box fermé, l’équipement comme à la maison, , la literie y compris le BZ dans la salle… l’accès direct à la promenade du clair de lune , au centre de dinard .. la plage en contre bas avec douche extérieure à l’entrée du parc de la résidence
Pas de soleil le soir sur la terrasse mais présent le matin

Garage trop petit Ménage non réalisé à notre arrivée Alimentation moisie dans le frigo Pas de draps Pas de personnel qui ce déplace il faut faire des aller retour à l agence immobilière qui gère le bien La télé qui fonctionne par intermittence Aucune réponse à nos multiples demandes par message sur le site suite au problème rencontré Pas d excuse ni de remise suite au prix de la prestation non fourni
