The appartement is nice, clean and spacious. We stayed there with 4 adults (2 bedrooms). Bus stop is next to the appartement taking you to Kitzsteinhorn or Zell am See in 20mins. So let your car have a break too. Kitchen is well equiped with even a “what else” machine next to a normal coffee machine. Supermarket (7mins) and Kaprun centre 15 mins walk. Don’t forget to take the 3KKonnection lift from Kitzsteinhorn to Maiskogel while you are there.
The beds could be a bit better.

The apartment is modern, clean, and has everything you'll need for your stay. It's a short walk to the town centre, supermarkets and the main lifts for the winter season. The location is quiet, the ski bus stop is 10 metres away, and you have allocated parking. In November access to skiing is from the glacier lift stations so you need a car or to take the ski bus so the apartment is perfectly located for both. The Tom & Jeri team are extremely helpful.
