About this apartment rental

This private, slopeside residence features a great room with gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with gas range and granite countertops, dual guest suites, each with a sumptuous king size bed and attached bathroom. Additional features include hardwood flooring throughout and stackable washer/dryer. Guests will enjoy peaceful mountain views from the terrace as well as the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. Big Horn and Catamount Lodges are closest to the gondola.
Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

The unit is clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, especially for families with small children in ski school as the drop off is literally right outside of the front door. The gondola is less than a minute walk as well.

Great property - the location is right across from Bourbon Pub so literally just steps off of Village Run. The sound proofing was amazing, even when there was an apres ski DJ outside, it was quiet inside. The unit had everything we needed. Would stay here again!
