The property location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the Downtown Atlanta area depending on traffic (World of Coca Cola, GA Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta etc.). Less than a 5 min drive to Interstates 75 and 675 and a 10 min drive to Southlake Mall and a host of restaurants.

As a courtesy to our guests, we're happy to provide early check-in and late check-out. Guests may check-in as early or check-out as late as 1pm for an additional $18 per hour. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. The payment is due within 48 hours or immediately if booking same day. Subject to availability.

Check-in time is anytime after 4:00pm.

PLEASE PLACE ALL TRASH INSIDE THE BLACK TRASH CAN BEHIND THE HOME. TRASH BAGS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
Make sure you turn off the stove, heaters and lights.
Make sure you lock the doors.
Leave used beds unmade.
Replace any furniture that was rearranged.
Please Place Dirty Dishes in the dishwasher and run a normal Cycle.
Please TAKE OUT ALL THE TRASH and place it in the big black trash can in the back of the house.

The home is very nice with upscale amenities. We were very comfortable there however, with 8 family members visiting, 2 bathrooms was not what we expected. The listing indicated 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. There were only 2 bathrooms available.

I loved this property! It really felt like walking into home. Even the dog was comfortable. We had a few hiccups, but the property manager took care of everything in a timely manner.

The home is nicely laid out. However, the home had not been deep cleaned in a while. It was obvious by dirty floors, silverware tray, dust,and previous pet stains in carpet.
