About this apartment rental
Beautiful duplex 51 m2 located in front of the beach of Porigo and the sailing school. A stone's throw from Port Haliguen. Simply EXCEPTIONAL view.
Large sheltered terrace with overhang which gives us a 180° view.
And from where you can watch your kids on the beach.
Telescope on foot to see Carnac to the north, the Gulf of Morbihan opposite and the Teignouse lighthouse to the south
Possibility of 6 beds. New fitted kitchen. Upstairs living room with TV with Chromecast allowing you to connect via smartphone
For very young children, the stairs are a bit steep.
Private garage where you can put your bikes.
Guests can use a windsurfing float to play in the water.
There are also two or three toys like a shovel and bucket.
Private parking number 85 plus free parking spaces in front of the building.
Quib'bus shuttle 100m away which serves the town for 1€ per day.
Option:
Cleaning must be done by the tenants when they leave. A deposit for cleaning will be requested on arrival (40€ in cash), which will be returned on their exit if this condition is respected. That is to say clean as when you arrived.
Linen, towels and dish towels are provided
Salt, pepper, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc. are at your disposal
For sheets and pillowcases, supplement of €15 per double bed and €11 per single bed (current laundry rate).

Superbe appartement idéalement situé... Et cette vue !! Magnifique.
Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, profitant des multiples activités alentours qui nous étaient offertes (location vélo, catamaran au pied de l'appartement, promenades... Etc).
Communication avec Denis parfaite.
