Incluía el desayuno, muy variado, con costo extra por algunos platillos, pero suficiente y rico.
La recepcionista Esmeralda es muy amable y atenta a solucionar cualquier situación.
El concepto de la Hacienda es muy original y nuestra habitación tiene muchos detalles.
Hay muchos sitios de naturaleza por visitar, cantón la zona arqueológica está increíble
En temporada fría se deberá tener calentadores, afortunadamente nos cambiaron a una habitación con chimenea, la puerta y ventana no están completamente selladas y se colaba el frío, en la terraza no se podía estar por el frío

Instalaciones en buen estado, pero la palabra Spa no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento
Atención del Personal muy bien
La alberca muy sucia, no entraría ahí y no hay masajes, sauna, tratamientos o algo parecido.
Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por olor muy intenso a aguas negras y en la segunda
