Disappointing and overpriced – not what we expected so we left after one night (instead of three)

It was clean The staff on-site were friendly and helpful, (but the tone in their responses to guest reviews on Booking was unnecessarily defensive)

We were very disappointed with our stay. The location felt completely wrong – isolated and with no cafés, restaurants, or bars within walking distance. The garden was dull and uninspiring, and while there was a sauna and hot tub, they came at a steep extra cost. There was also nowhere nearby to enjoy a scenic run or walk in nature. We went kayaking, but 2–3 hours was more than enough – there simply wasn’t much else to do. The overall experience leaned more towards boring than relaxing. The accommodation itself was overpriced for what you got. The kitchen was poorly equipped, the sofa bed was far too narrow for two adults, and there were no bed linens provided. All in all, not worth the price and definitely not a place we’d return to.

Comfortable!

We came for a two day short trip and we found this amazing place. Owners were friendly and always there for anything we need help with. Apartment was clean and has everything you need. Owner and her son, they’re too sweet and even offered to keep our luggages after checking out (we had a late night ferry). Thank you 😊

Highly recommendable

Our booking at Sunrise apartment hotel was rather spontaneous. We were more interested in Wolin National Park than in Świnoujście downtown, hence, the location suited us really well. Be though aware that the hotel is located in Przytór, i.e., a district of Świnoujście that is on Wolin island rather than on Uznam. For those coming by car, it is an excellent base for all the neighboring attractions. This is also valid for those that arrive without a car, as the bus stop is next to the hotel. Within 50m, there is also a small but surprisingly well supplied grocery shop. As for the hotel, it's brand new (opened in June/July 2021), so it's really hard to find any faults therein. Our appartment (top floor with balcony) was clean, the beds were fine (even the foldable sofa), and the bathroom was spatious. There was no aircondition. During our short stay, the temperatures were not excessively high, so we can't assess to what extent it could affect the stay in hot conditions. Nevertheless, air circulation inside the apartment was fine, providing some draught if wanted. We need to emphasize that Mr. Adam, who takes care of the hotel, did his best to help us. And finally it's really worth to mention that the hotel has a small beach on one of the branches/channels of river Świna. The terrain on the other side of the channel (ca. 30m from the beach) is already a part of Wolin National Park. We do recommend to take one of several kayaks, which are at hotel guests' disposal (free of charge), to paddle through the channels to see wild birds etc. We were, i.a., thrilled to see a sea eagle.

Tolle Unterkunft wer Ruhe vernab vom Trubel mag

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen Dorf direkt am Wasser. Man kann SUP‘s, Kayaks und Tretboot kostenlos benutzen. Es gibt eine Sauna die man spontan nutzen kann (25€ pro Nutzung). Die ist echt klasse, danach Abkühlung im Kanal. In dem Haus gibt es mehrere Ferienwohnungen und man hat einen Türcode. Der Vermieter war die ganze Zeit vor Ort und sehr nett. Nebenan an der Feuerwehr gibt es einen Sportspielplatz und hinter der Kirche einen ganz kleinen Laden wo man Lebensmittel und frische Brötchen kaufen kann. Wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt. Die Grills kann man kostenlos nutzen und auch die Pavillons. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr einsam und ruhig, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wir haben viel mit unseren Rädern unternommen. Sind mit dem Rad nach Swinemünde und Mistroy. Zum Strand brauch man 15 Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Strände sind toll.

Es fehlt ein Backofen und für die Kinder war die Schlafcouch wohl nicht so bequem. Mehr gibt es nicht zum meckern.

Komme sehr gerne wieder ❤️ habe mich in den Ort verliebt Sehr Ruhig,👍Nette Besitzer Hunde lieb.

Alles die Besitzer am bestens Ewa und Sebastian ganz nett ,herzlich hilfsbereit sehr fleißig , immer zu erreichen ,wenn man sie braucht. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Der Ort sehr zum empfehlen für Familie oder für alleine zu abschalten Grillmöglichkeit,( mit Platz zum setzen Platz zum Sonnen ,liege oder auf Terrasse. Sauna sehr gut usw.

Die Mücken die waren verrückt ( aber da kann niemand was dafür 😁 und auf die Fotos zu sehen war Obst und Wein zu sehen (Wllkommen Geschenk)( leider war das nichts) Für Hunde bisschen zu teuer 50 zlotych pro Tag Wenn Mann länger bleibt Brauchmann eine Waschmaschine.Sonst alles anderes war perfekt.Kleine Geschäft im Ort 5 min.zu Fuss alles frisch ,und alles zu bekommen ,von frischen Brötchen und Brot jeden Tag ,Aufschnitt Obst ,Gemüse Fleisch , trinken ,usw .alles was man braucht. Für Hunde viel Platz zum Spielen Fähre 1 Kilometer entfernt.( Nach Swinoujscie Wilde Strand 5 Kilometer entfernt,mit Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen,oder mit Auto Rest zu Fuß Für. Kinder klein und groß zum empfehlen,auch für Angler 20 Minuten zum Promenade. Mi um No
