This stunning new villa is located in a quiet part of Kaštela Bay, just 500 meters from the nearest beach and within easy reach of Split and Trogir. Perfect for families or groups, it offers privacy, comfort, and modern luxury.

The villa features 4 bedrooms with double beds and 4 bathrooms with showers, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern amenities, and the dining area and lounge provide a spacious and relaxing living space.

Outdoors, enjoy a 23m2 saltwater pool (chlorine-free) with lounge chairs, a 50m2 terrace with a dining table, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. The property is fully fenced and offers private parking for 3 cars.

This two-story villa combines modern design, comfort, and privacy, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday by the sea while staying close to Croatia’s beautiful Dalmatian coast.
