My group came here for a music festival and we had a great time. The property while very small was enough for our 4 night stay as we were only there to sleep, shower and get ready to go back out there. Very basic in terms of a “kitchen” even though we knew there was no stove, very easy additions such as adding a microwave or hotplate would run a long way as all we could eat were sandwiches since we didn’t have anything to heat things up. All to say, the host was super communicative and helpful throughout the stay and it’s accurate to listing. :)

Property served as a basecamp for a fly fishing trip to Miami. This was a central location for us to explore the area. Little Haiti is not the nicest part of Miami, but we felt safe and our raft was secure within the fence surrounding the property.
Andrea was extremely responsive to our inquiries; we couldn't have asked from much more.
The check-in process was as easy as it could be as was the check-out process.
Overall, this was a good place to get some rest before hitting the water the next day.
