Exclusive Villa an der Bode

This vacation home is truly one of a kind. With 140 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests; it’s located right on the Bode River and was built in the Art Nouveau style. Not only is the building stately, but the interior design also reflects its charm. A panoramic sauna with a view of the Bode River and an adjacent outdoor shower is available free of charge to our overnight guests within the property.
The large veranda is the perfect spot to enjoy warm summer evenings.
The spacious living and dining area is ideal for cozy meals. In the living area, with its three Chesterfield sofas, everyone can wind down in the evening. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere during the colder months.
In the spacious, high-quality kitchen, meals for 8 people can be prepared. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional dining area for 6 people. This provides enough space for relaxed conversations.
The house features a bathroom with a separate toilet. Additional toiletries are also available for our younger guests.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. One room has an additional bunk bed, and another has a fold-out bed.
