Apartment - 200 m Near Central Park

The building and apartment itself are brand new, situated in new part of Vake. Small deli shop is 100 meters away, big bus stop 200 m, and supermarkets and many, many restaurants less than 500 m. There is a swimming pool, fitnesses as well as several open green spaces nearby. This makes it ideal for longer work stays.

This place has the classical shortcomings of an apartment built directly for a short term rental without anyone having lived in it before. There are many small missing things that would cost almost nothing to fix - no coat hangers at the entrance, no place to store shoes, no hooks for towels in the bathroom, nor kitchen, no reading light in the bedroom, only 1 tea spoon, no cooking pots... There is a plenty of space in the living room to fit a nice working desk, but there is none. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor with windows to 7 lane trunk road.

The apartment is brand new and well located with fast access to bus stop and vake center. All the equipment is top notch and has a nice overall design, the bed is heavenly comfortable and the whole apartment feels spacious, well illuminated and clean. The hosts are very nice (they waited for me for almost 2 hours as the taxi dropped me off at the wrong location) Recommended if you need a conveniently located place for your stay at Tbilisi, would book again.

Some specific kitchenware were missing like corkscrew and scissors, a little bit of noise coming from traffic in the street can be annoying if you're not from the city but can be easily mended with earplugs.
