Chambre très très petite. L’hôtel laisse les clients réserver les transats toute la semaine. Impossible d’avoir un transat devant la mer

Ground-floor sea-facing room (Frini) with a nice shaded seating area outside the door, good-sized bed, and direct sea views and beach access for swimming right in front of the hotel. Beach bar next door has nice vibes, open till late. Small shop ~100m away for water/beers. Lots of eating places along the beach. Super friendly hard working cleaning guy.

No breakfast options and no space to prepare a simple salad or breakfast in the room. Receptionist seemed quite unenthusiastic and not very informed. He referred us to their web page which had very little useful info. Transfers were pricey (€45 for a harbour pickup, €32 taxi to port). Beach loungers a bit flimsy crammed together, umbrellas are mesh so no UV protection. Getting around the island is difficult without a car — buses are infrequent, there are only ~10 taxis on the island, and hiring a car locally was going to be about €80 for the last 24 hours (if we drop car at port) vs ~€40/day from the port.

It’s better than perfect if you like a casual and relaxed beachside vibe. The location was unbeatable with the beach at your doorstep. Staff nice and the room clean with basic amenities that worked well. There was attention to detail in things like towel hooks in the bathroom, the mini fridge stocked with water bottles, the light in the mirrors, the mesh screen for door and window. Bus stop right right at the front.

The air con could’ve been stronger but it wasn’t a problem for us

Wi-Fi very hit and miss. No hot water at night but was fine as lovely weather
