The property was clean and a nice size, bed was very comfy, outside bench area was lovely to eat dinner on. There's a spar right across the street, very convenient. Good air conditioning!

A 30-40 minute walk into Pula center which can be very tirering, and the hot water only comes on certain times of the day which we only realised after a lot of cold showers.

Nice and pleasant stay overall. My partner and I opted for this accommodation on a late-planned trip to Pula. Its essentially a small housing unit within a residential building ; private, fully equipped with kitchenette,cooking tools to make and stor your own meals, shower bathroom, air-conditioned and a comfy 2-person bed. The accommodation is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, at the edge of Pula, 5min walk next to a large commercial area. You can walk to Pula old town (Arena) in 30min, or alternatively take a bus (every 20min, 5min into town) from the stop located 10min walk away from the accommodation. The host met us with the key at check-in, as we arrived earlier due to a change of plans. She was really pleasant and gave us all the info needed. Although the accommodation is not the most central, I still found it pleasant and relaxing, and you dont really need a car to access it, nor to access other sites you may want to reach (Pula bus station, old town, transfer to go to Prementura peninsula etc). The unit may be small, but clearly sufficient if you are most of the day exploring around anyway.

As others have mentioned, the bathroom will feel small to more than a few people ; it contains the bathroom sink, a toilet and the shower area all within a small space so I sometimes got unexpectedly showered but my partner was fine with the space, as long as you are careful. Theres however little the host can do about it Im afraid. Check the pics and make your own mind.

Location was pretty good, just around 20-30 min. to the centre. Just be careful - check the buses before your trip (they don´t go to the airport on weekends. However, the stay was great - I can definitely reccommend taking a bus to Fazana and visiting a big island of Brijuni. We rented bikes and visited some nice places there (safari, dinosaur steps and some breathtaking historical places). There are many historical sites in Pula. If you´re looking for a place where you can just sleep and cook your meal to save some money, this is it :). Owners were nice and there were no problems.
